Les combinaisons dépendent des capacités, des prérequis, des langues et des règles de la promotion.

Deux possibilités complémentaires à connaître

• La page du programme indique qu'un apprentissage de douze mois peut être proposé en troisième année à Paris, sous conditions de langue française, d'âge, de statut, de contrat et de places. Dans ce cadre, l'entreprise prend en charge les frais selon les règles applicables et l'étudiant perçoit une rémunération.
• Jusqu'à deux diplômes nationaux supplémentaires britanniques ou allemands peuvent être délivrés lorsque les conditions académiques sont remplies. Des frais additionnels peuvent s'appliquer.

Ces possibilités doivent être vérifiées pour la promotion concernée et ne sont jamais garanties au moment de l'entretien.

Management et liberal arts

Le programme ne se limite pas à l'acquisition d'outils techniques. Les liberal arts et humanités ont plusieurs fonctions :

• apprendre à contextualiser les décisions ;
• comprendre les valeurs et les institutions ;
• développer l'argumentation ;
• analyser les représentations culturelles ;
• éviter qu'un outil de gestion ne soit appliqué sans réflexion sur ses conséquences.

Exemple concret

Un étudiant peut apprendre à calculer la rentabilité d'une plateforme. Les humanités l'aident ensuite à poser d'autres questions :

• que devient la vie privée des utilisateurs ?
• quels comportements le modèle économique encourage-t-il ?
• qui supporte les externalités ?
• la plateforme renforce-t-elle une dépendance ?
• une activité rentable est-elle nécessairement légitime ?

Phrase percutante

Les humanités n'empêchent pas de décider. Elles empêchent de confondre une décision calculable avec une décision juste.

Choisir le bon portail

Le candidat ne doit utiliser qu'une voie de candidature conforme à sa situation.

Les règles peuvent évoluer. Le candidat doit consulter la page officielle et le portail correspondant avant le dépôt.

Pièces habituellement demandées

La procédure présente notamment :

• relevés scolaires des trois dernières années ;
• diplôme final ou attestation lorsqu'il est disponible ;
• personal statement en anglais ;
• CV ;
• informations sur les langues ;
• pièce d'identité ;
• lettre de recommandation éventuellement facultative selon la voie ;
• justificatifs propres au portail utilisé.

Ce que le dossier doit raconter

Le jury doit comprendre :

1. comment le candidat apprend ;
2. ce qui l'intéresse réellement ;
3. ce qu'il a déjà entrepris ;
4. comment il réagit aux difficultés ;
5. pourquoi un cursus multicampus lui correspond ;
6. pourquoi il choisit le management ;
7. ce qu'il apportera à une promotion internationale.

“I do not pretend to have already chosen one profession. I want to study management because it provides a framework for understanding how organisations allocate resources, make decisions and turn ideas into collective action. The Bachelor would allow me to explore several functions before specialising.”
